Discovery, a written scope, two consolidated revision rounds, a launch walkthrough and 30 days of fixes for defects in the delivered work. You supply business facts, photographs and legal wording; light copy polishing is included.
50% deposit, 25% at design approval and 25% before launch. Full copywriting, branding, migrations, subscriptions and custom integrations are quoted separately. Additional work is $100/hour, estimated and approved first. Custom inventory systems and business apps receive their own scope.
Optional / Website Care
$99/month
Standard hosting and SSL, scheduled backups, routine updates, monthly form/link checks and up to 30 minutes of content edits.
Optional / Website Care Plus
$199/month
The same maintenance, with up to 90 minutes of content edits and a quarterly website review.
Care is billed monthly from launch with no annual commitment. Editing time does not roll over. Stores and custom apps need separately scoped maintenance. All prices are USD plus applicable taxes. Domains, business email, paid plugins, booking subscriptions and payment-processing fees are separate and itemized before agreement.
Planning example: a $2,500 website plus 12 months of $99 Website Care totals $3,688 before taxes and separate costs. Existing agreements and valid quotes are honored.
